Arrival, Registration and Check-in

We want to ensure your child/ren are safe and well cared for when they join us, so please do come and register your child/ren for us to take some details, even if they aren’t sure if they want to attend the session.ch

1. On arrival, find the bright RED Kids Church gazebo to register your child/ren before church starts. You will be greeted by smiley faced Kids Team in Red T-shirts who will register and answer any questions you may have.
   
2. Your child/ren will each be given a label with their name, group and a number on it. You will be given a ‘Pick Up’ label with the same number as your child/ren. You MUST bring this with you to pick up your child after the service. We we are unable to release your child/ren without this.
3. Go into church, grab a hot drink and find a seat!
4. After the first 30 minutes, the Kids will leave – a sign will go up on the screen. All Kids will then gather outside, to check-in (this is so we know exactly who is joining us in each group, rather than staying in the service)
5. If at any point during the service you see the number of your label appear on the screen, please make your way to your child’s group venue.
6. A sign will go up at the end of the service to go and collect your child/ren. Please remember to being your Pick Up Label; we can’t release your child/ren without it until all other children have gone
