The Community Church, Storrington have extended an invite to all Chantonbury ladies to join them for their Women’s Day this Saturday 20 July, with guest speakers Thea Muir from ‘I Am So Many Things’ & Amanda Austin from New Life, Croydon. More information & book tickets here.

Our services this Sunday are 9am Holy Communion at Ashington // 10am Family Service at Washington // 11am Morning Worship at Ashington.

We are delighted to let you know that the total amount raised in the offering for the Inuit Community in Pond Inlet where the diCas family are visiting on sabbatical this month, was £8694.60 (including gift aid) and the total raised for Bishop Mark’s collection was £347.79. Thank you, Lord!

Little Lambs is on tomorrow Friday 12 July at Washington Church 10.00 – 11.30am. There will be songs, stories, craft, healthy snacks, as well as tea, coffee and biscuits! Little Lambs does not run in August but returns on Friday 13 September. Shining Stars finishes on Monday 15 July & returns Monday 9 September.

Chanctonbury Healing Centre is open this Saturday 13 July between 10 – 11.00am at Ashington Church. We are continually hearing wonderful stories of healing and restoration. No appointment needed – just drop in, and there will be people who would consider it a privilege to minister to you. 

The South Downs Awakening team are looking some more volunteers to help with a simple research and data entry role over the coming weeks. You just need to have access to a computer, and be happy to use Excel.  If you are interested, please email Suzy Rushforth: partnerships@southdownsawakening.com

The next Mid-Week Holy Communion Service is next Thursday 18 July at 11.00am in Ashington Church, with refreshments from 10.30am. There will be no Mid-Week Holy Communion service in August.

The first Kingdom Come Workshop on ‘Dream Interpretation’ is on next Thursday 18 July, 7.45pm at St Mary’s Wiston. All are welcome!

St Mary’s, Thakeham are seeking to appoint an administrator for 6-8 hours each week for the Parish office.  The applicant will support the Priest-in-Charge, Rev.
