The next PCC meeting for the united parish will take place on Monday 1 July. Our Deanery Synod reps will be attending the Deanery Synod meeting on Thursday 27 June at St Mary’s Church, Storrington, to hear from Bishop Mark during his visitation to the Deanery

The Besom Brighton, headed up by Simon and Lucinda Croft, will be hosting a free training conference on Saturday 29 June in Ashington Church, to help every member of the local church choose to be involved with the poor and the excluded in their local community. You can book here.

Eden Farm School in Chingola in Zambia, set up last year by Nathanael Edwards from Storrington, is supported by UK charity Life Support. There are now 160 children attending each day, many who are orphaned and live in deep poverty. Our support provides teaching for one class of 30 children.

Our Services this Sunday are 9am Holy Communion at Ashington // 10am Holy Communion at Washington  // 11am Morning Worship at Ashington // 11am Holy Communion at Buncton.

Little Lambs is on tomorrow Friday 14 June at Washington Church 10.00 – 11.30am. There will be songs, stories, craft, healthy snacks, as well as tea, coffee and biscuits. All are welcome!

All are welcome to attend our Kingdom Come Celebration Nights next Thursday 20, Friday 21 & Saturday 22 June which include Worship and ministry with Chuck Parry and Dave and Taff Harvey from Bethel Church. This is a free event but seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors open at 7pm!

On Saturday 22 June we are hosting our first Kingdom Come Families event and we would love to serve home made cakes to our families. If you are able to help and provide some baked goods please contact Holly Draper: holly.draper@chanctonbury.org.uk

An extended morning of worship, teaching and celebration at Ashington Church at the end of the Kingdom Come Conferences. Refreshments from 9.15am. There will also be a Morning Worship service at Washington church at 9.00am.

We are holding two evenings connecting newcomers in the church communities to what God is doing. We will be covering: Who we are, How we live together and Adventuring ahead to the future.
