The Ash Wednesday Service will take place at Ashington Church on Wednesday 26 February at 7pm, ahead of Agronomy, which is at 7.45pm.  All are welcome.  If you are arriving for Agronomy please wait in the Scout Hut on arrival if the service is still in progress.

All are welcome to come to this year’s ‘Agronomy’ Night. This is our annual vision evening which will be held next Wednesday 26 February, at 7.45pm for an 8.00pm start in Ashington church. Come along for updates on plans for the future, information, and an opportunity for Q & A.

The Women’s Breakfast is next Saturday 29 February at 8.45am. Come and enjoy breakfast, meet new friends, and hear a short talk about how God is transforming lives. The breakfast is open to all women and is free, donations are welcome on the day. Please sign up here.

New ‘Kingdom Family Communities’ and commissioning of leaders will take place on Sunday 1 March. These groups will enable us to grow and also connect as “extended” family. Links to online sign up for church members will be sent following services that day. First gatherings will be from late March.

All are welcome to our interactive morning of C1 Safeguarding Training followed by an opportunity to hear Graham and Sarah White, foster carers to over fifty children over fifteen years, share their experiences of safely demonstrating God’s love to the lost, lonely and broken.  If you would like to attend register here.

We are keen to hear from anyone interested in joining as our volunteer Partner Church Liaison. This is a key role that will connect the six key churches coming alongside in hosting the walk and will take 3-4 hours per week until July.  For more information please contact andrew@southdownsawakening.com.

We are holding a ‘Day Conference’ for the church family in Ashington ahead of South Downs Awakening this summer. Creche, kids and youth work will be available. More details to follow soon!

Come and join us for our ‘Mini Tribal Service’ this Sunday at 11.00am at Ashington Church. This is an hour long interactive all-age service for everyone – a morning of encounter for the whole church family. Please note that there will be no creche, kids, or youth work.
