Friday 30 March: Morning Meditation with Worship 10am at Washington Church – Tenebrae Service 8pm at Ashington Church. This is a solemn service with time for reflection on the sufferings of Christ.

Sunday 1 April: 6.30am Sunrise Service with informal Holy Communion on Chanctonbury Ring (Meet at Washington Car Park at 5.30am) – 9am Easter Celebration Service with Holy Communion at Washington Church – 10am Easter Celebration Service at Ashington Church – 11am Easter Celebration Service with Holy Communion at All Saints Buncton  

There are still copies of the Easter edition of Church Life Magazine which need distributing. Please pick up a bundle at church this Sunday. It would be great to get all the information about what is going on at Easter out to our communities.  

If you would like to join the Electoral Roll, which is the register of membership in the Church of England, you can apply by downloading the form here. Bring the form this Sunday which will go to the PCC’s next week to get approval before the APCM on Monday 23 April.

James and the churchwardens welcome any questions by email or hard copy in advance of the Annual Parochial Church Meeting on Monday 23 April. Responses will be published beforehand. There will be an opportunity for Q&A on the evening. Please submit questions by Easter Sunday 1 April to the Church Office.

It’s not too late to book onto our various Teaching & Equipping sessions with Dr Stephen Backhouse, starting on 25 April. Booking forms are available or book online.  More information about the content of each session will be published soon. There is a small charge of £5 to participate to cover materials.

Stephen and Clare Backhouse, who are facilitating our ‘Teaching and Equipping’ month, need an automatic car. They have a manual Hyundai i10 2009 with 71K miles on the clock, in good condition. The Easter edition of Church Life Magazine will be available for distribution this Sunday 18 March. Join in with this wonderful opportunity after the morning services, to hand-deliver the magazines to every household in our three villages, as we tell everyone the good news of Easter.

This Sunday 18 March is our monthly BYO picnic lunch after the 11am Service at Ashington. It is a great opportunity to make new friends and grow community together. All are welcome!

Following our month of prayer and fasting in January, we will be continuing in March with Ffald-y-Brenin Morning Prayer session at 8:45 – 9:15am Monday to Thursday until the end of Holy Week.
