The Harvest Supper is at Washington Church on Saturday 6 October from 5.00 – 9.00pm. Tickets are free of charge and there will be an opportunity to make a donation on the night. If you would like to attend, please contact Helen Twine or Jackie Baker. Contact the church office for more information.

 The funeral of Sally Nunn will take place tomorrow Friday 21 September at Ashington Church at 2.00pm, conducted by the former Rector of this Benefice, Rev Lionel Whatley.

Many of you will be aware of the devastating wildfires recently in Redding California . Over 1000 people have lost their homes, including 28 from Bethel Church and a number had no insurance. Vélo South is a closed – road riding event taking place across West Sussex on Sunday 23 September 2018. 15,000 riders will travel through the Goodwood Estate and into the countryside on the South Downs. All the main roads into Ashington & Wiston Village will be closed until 12.45pm. Here is the route link.
