There will be another training session on Monday evening, 2 July for those who would like to become lay ministers of Holy Communion. Paddington 2 at Ashington Community Centre!

This Sunday, there will be one Joint service (with Holy Communion) in the Benefice at 11am in Ashington, with breakfast from 10.30am. (Please note there is no service at Washington and no 9am service at Ashington).

Ashington Village Litter Picking – Saturday 28 April

This annual opportunity to join with others from the village is on Saturday 28th April at 10am until 1.00pm. This year everyone is meeting at the Youth Club (as the Marriage Morning is taking place in the church).  Jackets and equipment will be supplied – as well as tea and coffee!

Tuesday 1st May – Sinai Sessions

The next Sinai Session is on Tuesday 1st May at 10am until 11.30am in Ashington Church. Join this monthly space to encounter the glory of God. There are several ‘zones’ to stimulate engaging with God’s presence: Art, Communion, Dance, Creative expression, Prayer ministry and worship flowing throughout. All are welcome
