Dear Chanctonbury family,

We are delighted to invite you to the Church Weekend at Home from Friday 4 – Sunday 6 October in Ashington.

We have a mixed schedule for all ages and stages, combining together sessions with worship, teaching and ministry, meals with one another, community time, the return of ‘Chanctonbury’s Got Talent’ (!) – and space and time to be in God’s presence together as His people.

At the heart of the weekend, we are excited to share some of what we have experienced, learnt, reflected on and encountered during our time on sabbatical. The focus of our time away is considering how to position ourselves to steward and release a long term, extraordinary move of God. This arises from what we believe is God’s call upon us here in Chanctonbury: to enhance, grow and release what God is doing amongst us for the transformation of our Church, communities and land, into the joy and beauty of the Kingdom of Heaven.
